2. Definitionen
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.Cookies are small text files that are stored locally on a visitor’s device (e.g. PC, smartphone, tablet PC) while connecting to a website. They may contain various information about the used end device and how you use the website. a) Erläuterung und Zweck der Datenverarbeitung: Bei jedem Zugriff auf unsere Website verarbeiten wir die folgenden Informationen:

3.2. Verwendung von Cookies durch unseren Server

Datenübermittlung in Drittländer: Google stützt sich für Übermittlungen personenbezogener Daten in die USA auf den EU–US Data Privacy Framework (soweit zertifiziert) sowie auf die von der Europäischen Kommission genehmigten Standardvertragsklauseln (SCCs) als geeignete Garantien.
Sie können die Speicherung von Cookies durch eine entsprechende Einstellung Ihrer Browser-Software verhindern. Sie können darüber hinaus die Erfassung der durch das Cookie erzeugten und auf Ihre Nutzung der Website bezogenen Daten (inkl. 3.4. Google Tag-Manager

3.6. Appointment Scheduling via Calendly
For booking appointments or demos, we use the scheduling service Calendly, operated by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When you use the booking function, the data you provide (such as name, email address, company, phone number, and any additional information) is transmitted to Calendly and stored on its servers in the USA.The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in facilitating simple and effective appointment scheduling.Calendly ensures an adequate level of data protection through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. 3.7. Use of HubSpot CRM
For managing customer relationships and processing inquiries, we use HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) system provided by HubSpot Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. The data you provide to us through demo requests or other contact forms — including name, company, email address, phone number, and message — is stored and processed in HubSpot for the purpose of handling your inquiry and for future communications.HubSpot processes data on our behalf and may store it on servers located in the USA. The transfer of data to the USA is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
