SPARROW Achieves ISO/IEC 27001 Certification

We are pleased to announce that SPARROW has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System.

The certification covers the technical infrastructure, applications and systems used to deliver the SPARROW spare parts management platform. It also encompasses how we handle customer and business data across our technical activities and core business functions.

For our customers, this provides independent confirmation that information security is managed through structured processes and established controls across our organisation.

Manufacturers entrust SPARROW with data that supports important maintenance, inventory and procurement decisions. Protecting that information has always been a core responsibility. Achieving ISO/IEC 27001 certification formalises this commitment and demonstrates that security is embedded in how we develop, operate and support our platform.
